* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
i. Up-to-date valid Trade License 2023-2024/ 2024-2025
ii. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
iii. VAT and BIN Registration Number/ Certificate
iv. up-to-date Income Tax Certificate /income tax payment document
v. NID
viii. Bank solvency certificate.
ix. Original Catalogue /Drawing must have submitted.
x. Bank Statement in any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the last 1 (One) Year.
xi. Must have to submit authorization paper from manufacturer or distributor for running year for sl no 1,2
xii. Minimum Experience Certificate of taka 15 lakh in favor of satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods in any office of Govt. Semi-Govt. Autonomous, Govt. Corporation, Govt. Financial Institutes/ Offices within last 3 years.
xiii) Minimum liquid asset of 15 lakh or more ( supported by Audit report / bank statement / credit commitment)
xiv) The bidder will provide required samples for physical verification at his own cost for the purpose of tender evaluation / trial run (if asked by evaluation / technical committee). If the samples found unsatisfactory, tenderer will be declared technically non-responsive.
xv) The contract will be continued for this financial year as any item any percentage basis and bidder should oblige to supply goods at same price as per need of the institution.
xvi) Technical compliance of the goods will be examined and approved from user end.
