দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৫৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৫৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৪৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tender security must be submited from any e-GP Schedule bank in favour of Chairman KDA, Khulna.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 1(One) contract(s) of the minimum value of the similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 10 (Ten) Crore. Years counting back ward from the date of publication of IFT in e-Gp portal.
The Contractor must have the following experience in the above Mentioned or in other contract :
(i) Must have experience of Constructing high rise building [minimum 9 (nine) storied] with steel framed structure.
(ii) Should have experience of constructing composite structure of Steel and RCC
(iii) Should have experience of providing fire safety facilities of high rise building.
(iv) Must have experience of providing electro mechanical and plumbing facilities of high rise building.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 17 (Seventeen) Crore over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. Years counting back ward from the date of publication of IFT in e-Gp portal.
4. Liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities Tk 3 (Three) Crore.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 14 (Fourteen) Crore. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)
6. The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate.
7. Personnel Capacity & Equipment Capacity as per TDS.
