Specific experience with Work order & Agreement of at least 02(two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, Total value of at least Tk. 150.00 Lac.

Liquid assets i.e credit line(s) (Form PG3-8) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 150.00 Lac.

Up-to-date 2024-25 Trade License, TIN, e-BIN Certificate; & NID.

up-to date (2024-25) Drug  License.

Last 3 years Litigation History.

Brochures(if applicable).

Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed.

Export Registration Certificate (ERC) of  Relevant Code Company.

Import Registration Certificate (IRC).

Last 3 years Audit Report.

Written Signature Authorization.
B. Special Instruction:

Supplied medicines from pharmaceuticals companies are Bangladesh in Origin, those pharmaceuticals companies manufacture minimum 250 (Two hundred fifty) generic named medicines (not presentation) It should be maintained in manufacturer authorization. Supplied medicines form pharmaceuticals companies, those pharmaceuticals companies export their products abroad from last 02 (two) years up to till date of tender opening date. If any ingredient of supplied products require for doses form test at any laboratory in Bangladesh, concerned supplier must bear the cost of that procedures.

Expiry date of supplied products shall minimum 02(two) years.

The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
