দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
 
 a) General experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 years.
b) Minimum specific experience of at least 01 (One) contract for  crockery successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk.6.00 lac in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Bodies/ Private Org. in Bangladesh.
i. In case of the work was done under PWD the above certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii. In case of the work was done under any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ Private organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer (owner/ client/ user for Private Org.) and the same shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of PWD of the concerned area of execution of work.
 
c) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 9.00 lac. [Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit (As per Standard Format)] Only. issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender. details in TDS.
 
d)  Trade license.  
e)   TIN & VAT Registration certificate.   .
