দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১১,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer should follow the instructions:
The Tenderer shall have valid Trade license to be mapped from e-GP Common document library and income tax certificate.
The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 years.
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Desktop Computer of at least one contract successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 35,00,000.00 (Thirty Five Lac).
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 35,00,000.00 (Thirty Five Lac).The Tenderer have to submit audit report or Bank statement or letter of line of credit, as per formate PG3-8 attached with tender document, issued from Bank.
The Tender Validity period shall be 90 (Ninety) days.
The amount of the e-Tender Security shall be Tk. 110000 (one lac ten thousand) and shall be prepared by the bank registered with e-GP system in favour of Jalalabad Gas Transmission & Distribution System Limited. Validity of the Tender security shall be 118 days from the date of opening the tender. e-Tender security shall be kept in custody of the bank and transaction information will be updated in the e-GP system.
The amount of Performance Security shall be 10% percent of the Contract Price.
The product warranty period shall be 2 years from the date of acceptance of the work & service/ maintenance period shall be 03 (Three) years with free of cost.
