* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪০০,০০০ ~ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Website.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) number of similar nature works completed within last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 3.00 (Three ) lakh under single Contract in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (Five) financial years of Tk 3.00 (Three ) lakh in Govt/Semi- Govt/Autonomous organization. Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 5 years with a year wise list. Payment Certificates of JV works not supported by JV Agreement shall not be taken into consideration.
d). The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 3.00 (Three) lakh.
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 3.00 (Three ) lakh.
f) The Tenderer must possess and submit Up to date Valid Trade License, Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate etc.
