প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(i) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in reputed organization with at least [ONE] contract(s) of identical /Civil construction successfully completed within the last [05] years, with a value of at least Tk.11,60,000.00 (ELEVEN LAC SIXTY THOUSAND). [Year will be calculated from tender publication date to backward].
(ii) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk.24,00,000.00 (TWENTY FOUR LAC) over the last 05 (Five) years. [In support of average annual construction turnover, certified payments for contracts in progress or completed during last 5 (five) years must be atached. For private oranization, certificates must be accompanied by workorder or other authentic document].
(iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk.14,50,000.00 (FOURTEEN LAC FIFTY THOUSAND).
(iv) The minimum capacity shall be Tk.12,00,000.00 (TWELVE LAC).
(v) Other eligibility as TDS.
