* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. Reputed Tenderer/ Supplier who have minimum 5(five) years of general experiences in supply of goods or works.
b. Minimum 1 (one) number similar nature goods (Lift) supply, installation and commissioning including ancillary works completion experience of value not less than Tk 44.00 (Forty four) lakh in a single Notification of Award ( NOA) in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Body in last 5 (five) years ( both NOA and Completion Certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/ Equivalent Officer must be submitted. All backward date will to be counted from the date of publication of IFT in eGP portal).
c. Liquid asset/ credit facility/ free cash fund not less than 60( Sixty) Lakh. Bank documents in support of liquid asset must be submitted. Incase of credit line facilities, specific format ( PG2-5/ PG3-8) to be used by the bank without altering/ modifying any word/ sentence and adding any condition. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal.
d.Tender Security is Tk 1,50,000.00 ( One Lakh fifty thousand ) to be issued in favour of Chief Engineer, SUST, Sylhet.
e. Interested Supplier can visit site physically if they wish
