* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,৩০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৪৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৪,৩০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed bonafied Firm/Organization/Manufacturer/Authorized agent having minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience in manufacturing & Supply Furniture Works (Goods) (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper).
b) Up to date Trade License, Tax clearance certificate, NID, VAT & TIN certificate .
c) Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (One) number of similar nature of ( Furniture Supply) work Tk.13.00 Lac in a single contract in Govt./Semi – Govt. organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 13.50 Lac. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
e) Bill will be paid in accordance with fund availability..
f) The quoted rate must be similar/relevant to the PWD schedule of Rate 2022, if quoted rates are exclusive above/less than the tenderer must submit detail analysis of his quoted rate by mentioned rate (Wood and M.S angle).In analysis, Rate must follow: Minimum rate must be: Wood rate 2000 tk per CFT, M.S angle Rate 105 TK per KG. if this 2 Items (Wood & MS Angle) rate is given less than the mentioned rate the tender will be Non-Responsive according to PPR 2008 Rule 98(23).
g) The tenderer must visit the Construction site before tender submission.
h) The Authority reserves the right to suspend/cancel any tender. In this case, no claim will be accepted.
