5. Instructions/Conditions regarding Tenderer Data Management System (TDMS) given vide memo no. 215, CE, RHD Dated:06.08.17 shall be an integral part of this tender.
6. Instructions of CE, RHD vide memo no: 35.01.0000.001.99.003.23.1934 Date: 20-09-2023 will be followed during the evaluation.
