* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Only Local Manufacturer who have-
a) Industrial License of producing similar nature of goods.
b) Minimum 05 (Five) years manufacturing and supply experience of similar nature of goods.
2. Minimum supply value of 5/10 KVA transformer in government/semi government/autonomous organization under single contract in the last 5(five) years is TK. 75,00,000.00 (Seventy-Five Lakh).
3. Minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit lines is TK. 75,00,000.00 (Seventy-Five Lakh).only. Bidder need to submit Bank statement or Certificate from any schedule Bank
4. ISO 9001:2008 Certificate in favor of manufacturers of goods is mandatory.
5. Terms & Conditions mentioned in the file Special terms & Conditions (uploaded in section-6) will be applied.
6. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS)
