Brick works with first class bricks in exterior walls. Gap between the adjacent panels supplying dowel bars MS rod and P.V.C. pipe embedded in the slab, inside of pipe fully greased, filling the gap between the slabs (with admixture) of hot bitumen and coarse sand finishing the top with bitumen, spreading coarse sand over the joint and so on.

দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(1) Experience: A satisfactory completion of similar works in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization of at least Tk 80 (Eighty) Lacs under 01(One) contract(s) throughout 05(Five) years shall be required. Evidence regarding the successful completion of the works in the form of a Work Completion Certificate must be submitted and signed by the appropriate authority.
(2) Up-to-date valid Trade License, VAT, and TIN Certificate.
(3) Annual Turnover: The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 90 (Ninty Lacs)  in any of the last 5 (five) years at least. Turnover documents must be authenticated by the concerned Deputy Commissioner of Taxes/Authentic Tax Paid Cahllan/Documents.
(4) Liquid Asset: The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be at least Taka Fifty (50) Lacs. The liquid asset requirement for the contract may be in the form of an approved/committed Credit facility by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh.
(5) Personnel: Qualified & experienced Civil engineers(At Least Two);
(6) Equipment: Must own or have access to equipment necessary for Civil Construction/Multi-story building construction, metal formworks & props, etc.  Other required eligibility & conditions of the tenderers as stipulated in the Tender Document
(7) Also follow the ITT and TDS Classes.
