* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৫০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৫০,০০০ ~ ৭৫০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a)Reputed Contractors who have general experience in arboriculture work.
(b)Tenderer must be a satisfactory completion certificate of similar nature works of at least TK.2.50 (Two point five zero) Lac in last 5 years.
(c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.5.0(Five) Lac in the Last 5 (Five) years. In Support of average annual construction turnover,payment certificates for contracts in progress or complete under public sector during last 5(five) years must be submitted along with the tender.Other formats of documents are not acceptable.
(d)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.3.00 (Three) Lac only to be issued in the format of Letter of Mommitment for Bank,s undertaking for line of credit(Form PW2a-3) from any scheduled bank without any alteration,and otherwise tenderer will be considered as non-responsive .
(e)The intending tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Income Tax certificate,up-to-date Trade license.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
