Eligibility criteria:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 4.00 crore. Similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology means Construction 4-storied Office Building, Pile Foundation, Electrification, Complete Sanitary & other ancillary Works successfully completed in a single contract. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 8.20 Crore over the last 05 (five) years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.37 crore.
The minimum Tender capacity shall be Taka 4.37 Crore,
Tenderers Must have up-to-date valid Licenses as applicable,
Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are given in Tender Documents.
The Tenderer must submit detail calculation sheet of tender capacity along with valid appropriate supporting documents. Failure to submit detail Calculation sheet of the said documents shall be Nonresponsive.
