Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2333333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 05 (Ten) years of general experience of construction and electrical works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) similar nature successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 98.00 (Ninety Eight) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk 55.00 (Fifty Five) lac only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work in the form of PW2a-3 (Line of Credit) mentioned in the STD without any alteration, counted 28 (Twenty-Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender. otherwise, tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 21.00 (Twenty One) lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments).
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate and up to-date trade license.
7. Up-to date ABC/BC Category of Contractory and Supervisory License.
8. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (PW2a) of CPTU. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
