1.Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum [05 (Five)] years of general experience in Construction works.
2.Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least [01(one)] number of similar nature of Building construction works worth not less than Tk [1.5 (One point Five ) Lakh] only in a single work order in Government/ SemiGovernment/Autonomous
Organization of Bangladesh during last [05 (Five)] years. 3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 8.00 (Eight point zero)Lakh] over the last [05 (Five)]years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk [1..50 (one point five) Lakh] to be submitted in from PW2a-3 otherwise tendershall be Non-responsive.
5.Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
6.6.up to date Electrict licence and supervisory certificate issued from Electrical
7.The minimum amount of Tender capacity Tk [1..50 (one point five) Lakh]
8.All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must
be fulfilled.
