Eligibility criteria:
Yearly Maintenance & sweeping cleaning works ( Cleaning of open space of the complex, cleaning of Drains, Inspection pits, Septic tank and Soakwell, Stair case and Roofs etc ) including all necessary chemicals, Equipments & instruments at Gulshan BPDB officer's Quarter, Dhaka.
For this Above works Civil Construction Division -2 is pursuing cleaning services from reputed well experienced cleaning services providers.This cleaning service includes
i) Daily cleaning of Main entrance,common area,full area of Gulshan BPDB Officers Quarter, with parking area and out side area surrounding open space of compunds of the building(including required Material, Chemicals & Equipments)
ii) Surronding area(all sides) of the All building including Main Entry and stair case of All building of Gulshan BPDB Officers Quarter
iii)Weekly cleaning of porch and internal glasses of stair case and frames etc.
iv) Every Cleaner (staff) should have the uniform & ID card (providing by the cleaning services provider company).
V) 3 times of the contract period for this work cleaning service provider must be reomved the solid waste, gurbeg and other waste from the septick tank, soak well, inspection pit of the campus
Vi) For successfully complete all the above jobs(works) it seems to be provide at least 2[Two] Nos.House keeper(cleaner)
Vii) All Cleaning chemicals,materials,equipments and dress ( uniform) for cleaners to be provided bythe cleaning service provider.
