Eligibility criteria:
a. The tenderer should have minimum years of general experience in the supply or AMC of Software and related services shall be 05(Five) years.(years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.)
b1. Specific experience as Supplier in supply/AMC of IT Security Software alongwith related services of at least 1(One) contract successfully completed in any government, semi-government, autonomous, semi-autonomous institutions, statutory government authorities, financial institutions, etc.,within the last 5(Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 12.0(Twelve) lakh. Specific experience must be supported by a completion certificate, NOA will not be considered as completion.
b2.Documents related to ongoing/completed supply / AMC agreements for offered security products within the last 5(five) years for at least 3(three) organizations.
c. Other Qualifications stated in TDS.
