Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 30000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 90000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 30000000 ~ 90000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 01(one) number Manufacturing and Supplying of Furniture & related Services within last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk.270.00 lac (Two Hundred Seventy Five lac) in a single contract. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
The Experience for supply contracts of Goods will be in the Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization. The Notification of Award (NOA), Work Order, Completion Certificates of Goods Contracts as qualifications shall be submitted with the Tender.
The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods are :
The Tenderer shall have successfully completion of supply of furniture having value of minimum Tk. 650.00 lac(Six hundred Fifty) under maximum 05(five) contracts within last 05(five) years i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
If any Tenderer(s) should fail to comply with the requirements above mentioned, his tender shall outright be treated as non-responsive and shall therefore, not be evaluated.
The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 300.00 lac (Three Hundred lac)
The liquid asset certificate issued before IFT will not be considered for evaluation. Liquid asset certificate will be checked by the Procuring Entity.
