v) VAT Registration Certificate;
vi) Minimum 05 (Five) copy of completion certificate of minimum amount Tk.5.00 lac from any government Organizations/Banks/ Financial Institutions on similar type of supply & related services;
vii) Details Company Profile including permanent and local address of the Bid signing authority;
viii) At least 05 (Five) years general experience in the supply of furniture and related goods.
