Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 300000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 900000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 300000000 ~ 900000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system).
2.The Minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of maximum 03 (Three) contract(s) of Similar nature, complexity, and methods/construction technology (Sluice Gate Construction Work and others RCC structures with pile) within the last 05 years, combine value of the total works at least Taka 30 (Thirty) Crore (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system).
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Taka 75 (Seventy-Five) crore over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system).
4.. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 20 (Twenty) Crore.
5. The minimum capacity shall be Taka 44 (Forty-Four) Crore.
