* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1200000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1200000 ~ 3600000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer has to comply the technical specification for offered items. Important Details of the Instrument Air Compressor(for which the spares are being procured) is mentioned in Tender Data Sheet(TDS); ITT clause 1.1
Tenderer shall submit Manufacturer's Authorization certificate.The certificate should ensure the compatibility of the items with the existing setup without modification.
Tenderer has to submit all mapped documents (see ITT clause10.1)
Tenderer shall submit additional documents such as: Import registration certificate, Tax cerificate, updated bank statement of past 6 months (For details see TDS 10.1(h))
The above mentioned criteria will be treated as Rejection clause.
