Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1166666 ~ 3500000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderers must have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law and in support of their qualification; the tenderer must submit the following documents with their e-tender:
1. Valid Trade License for the FY 2023-2024.
2. Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate and Income Tax Return Acknowledgement for tax year 2023-2024.
3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
4. The Tenderer shall have 3 years general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
5. The Tenderer shall have specific experience on the supply and refilling of fire extinguisher under at least one (1) successful contract from government / semi-government / autonomous / state-owned organizations in the last three (3) years of IFT.
6. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10,00,000.00 (Ten Lakh). The liquid asset certificate must be issued after the publication date of IFT in the e-GP System.
Without one of these, the tender may be considered non–responsive.
