Brief Description of Package: Procurement of 1.5-cusec solar operated LLP sets & Accessories. (Lot No: 1).
Tender Document Price: Tk. 4000; Tender Security: 1500000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 50000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 150000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 50000000 ~ 150000000.

Eligibility criteria:
• International Manufacturers/Authorized suppliers, who have Industrial License of producing Solar panel and have minimum 5 (Five) years general experience in the supply of same goods and related services will be eligible for this tender.
• The minimum supply & setting value of  similar goods (1.0 cusec or above solar operated LLP system) under single contract in the last 5 years is Tk. 500.00 (Five Hundred) lakhs. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.
• The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 315.00 (Three Hundred Fifteen) lakhs. The Tenderer will have to submit a bank transaction sheet of his firm/company's account showing balance of minimum Tk. 400.00 (Four Hundred) lakhs for at least in a single day after published the tender at E-GP system.
• ISO 9001:14001 or latest Certificate in favour of the manufacturer of goods is required.
• The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Manufacturer have minimum 1000 KWp solar panel per year.
• The Tenderer must submit the copy of their up to date trade license, income tax and VAT registration certificate.
• The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).
• Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are not eligible to participate the tender.
• Any fraudulent practice will liable to debarment of the tenderer.
