Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer/bidder must have at least 03 years overall experience as a contractor.
2. The Tenderer/bidder must have at least 01 successfully completed contract of similar nature over a period of 3 years in Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous Bodies/ Govt. owned companies amounting not less then Tk. 1100000.00(Taka Eleven Lakh Only) in a single contract .
3. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 20,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty Lakh only) over the last three years, which will be supported by Audit Reports.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 8,00,000.00 (Taka Eight Lakh Only) which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for line of Credit.
5. Any other requirement as mentioned in the tender document.
6.The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all Tenders without showing any reasons thereof.
