3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3,00,00,000.00 over the last five (5) years (2021-22, 2020-21, 2019-20, 2018-19, 2017-18).
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 55,00,000.00
