Eligibility criteria:
Maximum 2 (two) numbers of arbitration against the Tenderer over a period for last 5 ( five) years.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 1 (one) numberssupply contract of similar goods of minimum BDT 35.00 Lakhs within last 5 (five) years. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
(i) Trade license Valid for up to date;
(ii) In case of Limited company, certificate of Incorporation
(iii) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN number.
(iv) VAT Registration
