Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 13333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 40000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 13333333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below
(a)The number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be at least 10 years.
(b)Having Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at
least 01(one) Number of External Electrification work including minimum 200 KVA Substation, 60 KVA generator, 6 KW Solar system and Air Cooler of minimum value Tk.96.00 lac in a single contract in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 10 (ten) years.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk.105.00 lac during last 05(five) years
(d) Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk.100.00 lac in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form PW 2a-3) in Original form which must be unconditional
(e) Tender capacity oftenderer must be minimum Tk 111.00 lac
(f) The Tenderer must submit an authorization letter from the manufacturing company or the sole agent/Distributor in Bangladesh of the company for the proposed Brand of Sub-station, Generator.
(g)The Tenderer must enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (iv) Up-to-date ABC and supervisory License of his own from Electrical Licensing Board, GOB (h) The tenderer must comply with eligibility and qualification criteria mentioned in details in the Tender Data sheet and Particular conditions of contracts ( Section 2 & 4 in the Document Tab).
