Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 32500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10833333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Work completion certificate along with work order of successfully completed the supply, installation of minimum 02 Nos. 800 KG capacity passenger lift, country of origin, manufacturing & shipment from USA/UK/EU Countries/Japan and amounting to minimum TK 70 Lac only in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh within last 08 years.
b) Proof of satisfactory operation of proposed brand lift for minimum last 5 years in Bangladesh.
c) Valid dealership certificate of the proposed brand lift.
d) BOQ containing brand, model, design & drawing, country of origin, manufacturing, shipment and technical information of all parts must be specifically mentioned. (Please see attachment in Section: 8)
e) Technical brochures/catalogues of the proposed lift mentioning specifically the design of cabin and other major parts and components.
f) Clean, clear and unconditional manufacturer’s warranty certificate for minimum 01(One) year from the date of hand over the project to Biman with the assurance from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of availability of the spare parts for next 20 years.
g) Site visit report.
h) Signed copy of terms & conditions. (Please see attachment in Section: 8)
i) Updated copy of documents such as- Trade license, VAT registration certificate, Tax return certificate, Bank Solvency certificate, List of tools & manpower.
j) Shipment documents & Test certificate of the supplied lift must be submitted by successful bidder from the manufacturer/origin country of the lift.
