Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years.
(b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of Civil Work of amount not less than Tk. 7.50 (Seven point five) lac in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (Five) financial years of Tk. 8 (Eight) lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 7.00 (Seven) lac in the form PW2a-3 (Failing to submit in PW2a-3 will make the tenderer non-responsive).Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 7.50 (Seven point five) lac To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must be submitted list of on-going works under any public sector and existing commitment must be mentioned.
(f) Tenderer's having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost, shall be rejected.
(g) The tenderer must have updated valid trade licence.
(h) Updated income tax certificate
(i) VAT registration certificate.
