Eligibility criteria:
a) Experience certificate along with work order of successfully completed the supply, installation and commissioning of 11KV HT Switch gear including VCB, Energy meter and HT cabling works amounting to minimum BDT 40,00,000/- only in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous body within last 05 years. Certificate must be issued by an official not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent.
b) Valid ABC electrical Contractor license from Electrical Licensing Board, Bangladesh in the name of the bidder.
c) Singed and sealed copy of attached terms and conditions and BOQ must submit (Please see Section: 8 Particular Specifications).
d) List of completed electrical substation supply & installation projects which have been supplied and installed by the bidder during last five years.
e) List of technical employees of the bidder having ABC electrical supervisory license. Please attach copy of licenses.
f) Valid Trade License.
g) Up to date tax return documents.
h) VAT Registration certificate
i) Current Bank Solvency Certificate.
j) A declaration confirming the site visit has been done by the bidder to assess the actual site requirements of the project before submitting the tender.
