Brief Description of Package: Construction of Boundary Pillar at Right Bank of Shitalakshya river around circular waterways including other allied works.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 216666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 650000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum 5 years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least single contract of similar nature, (Demarcation pillar with pile / quay wall with pile/ Walk way on pile/RCC Jetty over pile/RCCBridge) complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk.1500 lakhs. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.7000 Lakhs over The period may be best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the news paper. In this regard, the tenderer must submit all supporting documents, failing which the tenderer may be rejected as being incomplete.
(d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) in the form of PW3-7 of Tk.750 lakhs. documents in other format are not acceptable.
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk.2100 lakhs.Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments) All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
(f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
(g) The Tenderer must submit Up-to-date trade licens, income tax clearance &Valid VAT registration certificate.
(h) Other required eligibility criteria and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
