Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have the experience in similar nature of works of a minimum value of TK 9,00,000.00 (Taka Nine Lac Only) under 02 (Two) contract over a period of last three (03) years.
2. The required average annual turnover of similar nature works must be greater than Tk. 18,00,000.00 (Taka Eighteen Lac Only) over the last three (03) years.
3. Tenderer shall have liquid Asset of Tk 7,00,000.00 (Taka Seven Lac Only) which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not be before the tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit letter of commitment for Bank’s undertaking for line of credit.
4. If any Tenderer Doing Two Yearly Emergency installation, repair, recovery and re-installation of 11 KV, 11/0.4KV & 0.4KV overhead lines and distribution transformers in DPDC will not be eligible for this tender.
5. If any Tenderer doing Distribution Support Service (DSS) of a NOCS under a Circle will not be considered for Yearly Emergency installation, repair, recovery and re-installation of 11 KV, 11/0.4KV & 0.4KV overhead lines and distribution transformers for both NOCS of that circle.
6. The Tenderer shall must have to submit Valid up-to-date Trade license,Income Tax certificate with Return Certificate and ABC Electric License VAT/EBIN Certificate with BIN Return Certificate of last six months.
7. All other terms and conditions are as given in the Tender Document.
