Eligibility criteria:
Enlisted firm of Govt. / Semi-Govt. / Autonomous Govt. Agencies who have :
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub contructor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor or Sub contructor in construction works of at least one number of 04 (Four) storied RCC frame structure building including sanitary and internal electrification works contract(s) of similar nature, construction successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 5.00 Crore (Five Crore) in a single contract in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomus organization of Bangladesh )
3. The minimum required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 8.00 Crore over the last 05 years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2.00 Crore
5. Tenderer must have Up-to-date Trade Licence Certificate, Income tax certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate
