* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The following documents/papers shall be comprised with the Tender:
i). The Tenderer must have to submit Trade License (Valid for 2021-2022).
ii). The Tenderer must have up to date Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN number (2021-2022)
iii). The Tenderer must have up to date Valid VAT Registration/13 Digit BIN Certificate.
iv). Manufacturer authorization certificate/Delarship certificate/Re-sailer certificate.
v). Original Catalogue must be submitted by the bidder as per technical Specification.
vi). Bank Solvency Submitted (After Invitation for Tender published Date). Bank Solvency certificate showing credit facilities Minimum TK.25 (Twenty Five) Lac.
vii). The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer is the supply of Printer, Scanner, photocopy machine and Digital Podium etc as Supplier shall be Three (3) years.[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT].
viii). The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Printer, Scanner, photocopy machine and Digital Podium etc. at least One (1)
contract successfully completed within the last 3 (three) financial years, with each value of at least TK.25 (Twenty Five) Lac.
ix). All documents are signed by the tenderer and quated price must submit in original pad with signed and seal.
x). Original letter naming the person authorised to sign on behalf of the Tenderer.
xi). ISO Certificate of the Bidder & Manufacturer must be submitted.
xii). 01 (One) year full comprehensive warranty.
