Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 200000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 200000 ~ 600000.
Eligibility criteria:
01.A satisfactory completion of same nature of works (Uniforms Supply) under Govt. / Semi Govt. / Autonomous organization amounting not less than taka one lac fifty thousand (1,50,000/-) only as a prime contractor in a single contract / work order within last Five (05) years shall be required.
02. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than at least taka one lac (1,00,000/-) only over the last three (03) years.
03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be taka one lac (1,00,000/-) only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7).
04. The Tenderers whose trade license valid for DPDC area, only they are eligible to submit bids for this tender.
05. The Tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the Contract.
06. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
07. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender.
