Eligibility criteria:
Only Manufacturers, who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services will be eligible for this tender.
The minimum supply value of furniture in the last 5 (Five) years is Tk. 10.00 (Ten) lakhs. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.
The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 10.00 (Ten) lakhs.
The Tenderer must have the up to date trade license, income tax and VAT registration certificate.
The Tenderer must have all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).
Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are not eligible to participate the tender.
Any fraudulent practice will liable to debarment of the tenderer.
