Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
2. The minimum specific experience: The satisfactory completion of supply & Installation of 2000kVA, 11/0.415KV Substation or 11KV Goods of minimum 450 Lakh under single contracts to any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies in the last 03 years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 600 Lakh over the last 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 500 Lakh
5. Up to date Income Tax Clearance, VAT registration certificate, ABC and Supervisory license.
6. All other documents mentioned in the tender document.
