Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 50000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 16666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) Reputed bonafied Firm/Organization/Manufacturer/Authorized agent having minimum 07(Seven) years of general experience in Electrical Works. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper).
(b) Reputed bonafied Firm/Organization having Authorized agencyship certificate of proposed brand of Lift form the manufacturer.
(c) The minimum specific experience as shown in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Special terms & condition of Tender document of amounting minimum Tk. 160.00Lac (One hundred Sixty lakh) in a single Tender during last five years. [the years counting backward from the date of invitation of this tender (IFT)] under any Government/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/ Private Organisation.
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concern Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private Organisation. other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
(d) The Tenderer must posses: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License. (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate. (iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (iv) Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Electrical Contractory & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
(e) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit of Tender and Contract Forms must be submitted for this purpose of the successful Tenderer shall not be less than Tk. 100.00 (One hundred lakh).
