Eligibility of Tenderer:
1. Up-dated trade licence of the bidder.
2. Up-dated Vat Registration Certificate of the bidder
3. Up to date TIN certificate
4. Updated BS/ISO-9001 & 14001 standardization certificate of the manufacturer of goods.
5. Manufacturer's catalogue/Brochures of manufacturer (as specified in Special terms and conditions of tender specification) for the bidding materials.
6. Warranty certificate of the bidder. The bidder must replace any defective material during the warranty period with free of cost.
7. If the bidder is not the manufacturer, authorization letter from the manufacturer must be submitted with the tender.
8. The bidder must submit a sample of Electric Motor with pump (01) One Nos on 21.11.2021 within 5:00 P.M at the office of the Project director (MIDP), BADC. Kushtia. The receipt copy of sample must have to submit with the tender document.
9.Motor grade should be IE2 standard.
10. 100 hours’ satisfactory test certificate should be submitted from BUET/MIST
11. Bidder must have experience for supply of minimum 100 sets of offered pump Motor Brand in Govt./Semi Govt. organization in Bangladesh within last five years.
