Eligibility criteria:
Contractor's in Govt; Semi-Govt. and Autonomous Govt. Agencies, who have :
a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
b. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1 (one) contract(s) of Construction of RCC Quay wall/RCC Bridge/RCC Rivetment wall/RCC Jetty with under water piling as similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.120.00 Lakhs.
c. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk.150 Lakhs over the last 5 (five) financial years; Document must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
d. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk.50 Lakhs. Liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) original certificate must not be issued before 2 (two) months since the date of the tender opening and the tenderer should follow the Form as per BPPA format for line of credit.
e. The minimum capacity shall be:Tk.130 Lakhs, Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments) All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
f. The bidder shall have Valid Trade License, Up-to-date VAT registration certificate, Valid TIN certificate as well as Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
