Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000000 ~ 15000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a. Updated Trade License, vat registration and Income tax certificate.
b. Tenders are not allowed to form Joint Ventures to participate in this tendering process.
c. Experience of 5 years regarding in installation of underground optical fiber using HDD method works or similar works under BTCL as Prime Contractor.
d. Satisfactory genuine work experience as a Prime Contractor under BTCL of at least 03 contract(s) of installation of underground optical fiber using HDD method works or similar works successfully completed, each with a value of at least Tk. 45,00,000/- (Fourty Five Lac Only), within the last 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
e. The tenderer shall have four (04) HDD machines, of which at least one (01) must be owned; two (02) OFC blower machines, of which at least one (01) must be owned; three (03) OTDRs; three (03) OFC splicing machines; and one (01) underground fault locator.
f. Tenderer shall under no circumstance assign the works or any part of it to the subcontractor(s).  
g. Others Eligiblity as per TDS
h. All the Procedure of this tender must follow PPR-2025.
