Brief Description of Package: The tenderer must submit the following documents/papers to be eligible for the tender.
1. Certificate of Supply of 25hp multistage submersible water pump Or Similar Supply Works in a single work order of 10.00( Ten) Lakhs taka in last 5 years.

2. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade.
3. Valid Trade License with up-to-date renewal.
4. Valid TIN Certificate with up-to-date Income Tax Certificate.
5. VAT Registration Certificate.
6. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities is Tk.14.00 (Fourteen) Lakh.

7. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS)
8. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained
