Eligibility criteria:
A) Reputed Contractors/Supplying firms who have a minimum of 3 years of general experience in supplying similar goods.
B) Specific Experience: (i) Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of Government organization or Public/ Autonomous University during last 2 (Two) years of Tk. 10 lac (ten lac) for Package-HAU/GOODS/25-26/OTM/1 in a single work-order.
C) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk.10 lac (ten lac) for HAU/GOODS/25-26/OTM/1 only supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted up to 30 (Thirty) days before the date of the publishing tender.
D) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.
E) The tenderer must possess:
(i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate
(ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate
(iii) Up to date trade license
(iv) Bank Solvency Certificate
(v) End user certificate is a must before payment of the bill.
F) JVCA is not allowed
