Eligibility criteria:
1. Updated trade license, income tax clearing certificate, VAT registration certificate
2. The minimum number of years of general experience any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 10 (Ten) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Wooden Furniture) of at least Two (02) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05(Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.30,00,000.00( Thirty lac). Completion certificate issued only by any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization will acceptable.
4. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods (Furniture) is/ are: 6,000 Nos supply and/or production capacity per year.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TTk.40,00,000.00( Forty lac) Documentary evidence for liquid assets issued any scheduled Bank not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for tender submission.
6. Own manufacturing plant with automated seasoning and MFC board plant.
7. updated ISO Certificate.
8. Environmental certificate for own manufacturing plant/factory.
9. Valid Factory license issued by Department of Inspection for Factories and
Establishment
10. Own sales point/show room (mention the name and address with contact details)
distributor at the district/Divisional level (minimum 05 showrooms in Dhaka city).
11. Original catalogue of Furniture and tender proposal must be submitted for Quality furniture as per the furniture’s sample kept in the Project Office. Tenderer will not be evaluated if they do not conform to supply as per sample.
