Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 11000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 11000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Manufacturer’s name, model no., Brand name and country of origin / Manufacturing Country must be mentioned in the offer.
2. Authorization letter from manufacturer/ Distributor/ Channel Partner should be submitted along with bidding document that should be issued in favor of GPFPLC.
3. In case of Authorization letter from distributor/ Channel Partner their distributorship certificate or manufacturer certificate to be submitted along with offer.
4. Country of Origin (COO) Certificate and Bill of entry must be submitted along with goods.
5. At least 2 proven certificate or end user certificates must be submitted with the Offer from government, semi-government or autonomous organization confirming the supply of similar goods not less than taka 20 lac.
6. Necessary Catalogue must be supplied with the offer in English language.
7. Manufacturer test certificate/ Calibration certificate & Instruction/Operation Maintenance manual must be supplied along with goods.
8. The supplied items must be fully complied as per technical specification and must be matched (without any modification) with GPFPLC existing system.
9. One year warranty after confirmation of quality certificate from GPFPLC.10% taka of Total value will be deducted for One year warranty period from the date confirmation of quality certificate as retention money. After the warranty period the security deposit will be returned without interest as per the rules.
10.Bidder must clearly mention all specifications individually against tender schedule specifications. Any short term or “As per Schedule” will not be considered.
