* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
As per ITT & TDS
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 years.
The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works (Building Construction Works) for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting BDT.250.00 Lakh in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years. (Years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 100.00 lakh.
The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than BDT.320.00 Lakh over the last 05 (five) Years. (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk 270.00 Lakh
The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender.
All contractors of the Education Engineering Department who have accepted the work order but have not started their work without a valid reason, or those who have not shown satisfactory progress without a valid reason, will be considered non-responsive.
Contractors who conceal information about the ongoing work of the Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization will be considered non-responsive.

Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
