Eligibility criteria:
Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant :
(a) The minimum number of year of General experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 (Five) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
(b)Tenderer shall have the Specific Experience of satisfactory completion of 4/5th Storied Residential Building Construction or Vertical Extension (4/5th floor) Works in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization of at least Tk. 1,28,00,000.00 (One Crore Twenty Eight Lakh) under one single contract over a period of last Five (5) years shall be required [Years will be counted backword from the date of publication in Newspaper & The tenderer shall have to attach relevant experience certificates issued by concerned authority but not below the rank of Executive Engineer];
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1,62,00,000.00 (One Crore Sixty Two Lakh) over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years;
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 75,00,000.00 (Seventy Five Lakh) & Others Eligibility criteria mentioned in TDS.
