06. Tenderer submit the last 3 years audit report;
07. Tenderer submit Certificate of Incorporation;

09. Valid evidence of authorized distributor or authorized reseller;
10. Manufacturer Authorization Letter of all products;
11. Bank Solvency Certificate in Date of IFT;
12. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 50.00 Lakh.
13. Original Catalogue/Brochures must be submitted as applicable;
14. Tenderer shall have a minimum of [10] years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
15. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods & Related Service of minimum [40.00 Lakh] govt./semi govt./autonomous body in Bangladesh under maximum [2] contracts in the last [3] of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
16. Warranty Certificate submitted.
