* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1) The Tenderer shall have updated Trade license & ABC license.
2) The Tenderer shall have general working experience at least 3 (Three) years.
3) The tenderer shall have installation, testing & commissioning work experience of capacitor bank (33 Kv or above) or transformer ( 25/41MVA, 132/33 Kv or above) or 132Kv or above Bay with necessary equipment(Gantry structure, CT, PT, CB etc.) at least 1 (One) number of work value of Tk. 06 Lac or above in govt. or govt owned organisation in last 5 (five) years.
4) The average annual turnover of the tenderer shall be greater than tk 07 (Seven) lac in the best 2 (two) years over the last 5 (five) years.
5) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be at least tk 6 (Six) lac
All payments i.e document fee, tender security, performance guarantee should be in favor of "Power Grid Comapny of Bangladesh."
